Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at abeltrendspot@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
